BEAUTY: Say Goodbye To Grey Hair!

http://www.naturalhealthyes.com/2014/10/beauty-goodbye-grey-hair.html
No More Grey Hairs!
The good news: So you are not going bald! You're relieved that you have been spared even though your siblings may not have been that lucky and are losing their manly locks just like your father did.

The bad news: But your hair is turning grey or 'salt-and-pepper'. You have strands of white hair along with hair of your 'normal' color. While this is quite a normal proces as you turn grey with advancing years, you are worried that it might make you look older than you feel and/or make you look less competitive when it comes to workplace advancements or promotions or even when it comes to retaining your current job position. It can cause a loss of self-confidence and trigger self-esteem issues.

And then there's your personal life. Are you currently dating or looking for a long-term relationship? If so do you feel that your 'greying' image needs a little makeover especially if you are seeing someone younger than yourself? Then attend to your hair first!

NO MORE GREY HAIRS!!
Hello, Full & Rich Hair!
A good hair color (along with a good cut and hair-style) is one of the easiest and quickest ways to give your image a boost and can take years off your looks as nothing ages your look more than a head of white or greying hair. Fortunately while dyeing your hair is a short-term fix you have the option of a more long term solution which is to treat the cause rather than the symptom (the grey hairs).

Grey hair is a problem that is commonly associated with men but also affects many women as they age. Grey hair is caused by the natural depletion of an enzyme called CATALASE which is what gives our hair colour. One way of reversing greying is to restore catalase within your body.

Catalase works specifically by neutralizing the large amounts of hydrogen peroxide that builds up in hair follicles. Hydrogen peroxide bleaches hair by preventing the melanin that produces color from doing its job, which is, to synthesize pigments.

The Goodbye Grey Formula has been specifically developed for this purpose ie. to help restore Catalase levels in our body which in turn helps to reverse the process of hair-greying and also to prevent future grey hairs from forming.

Main Benefits:

·      Gets rid of grey hair permanently
·      Restores your natural hair colour
·      Provides nutrients to help prevent new grey hairs forming
·      Easy application – no chemicals or messy solutions to apply

Ingredients:

Goodbye Grey is a clinically formulated supplement that contains 5000 UT of Catalase along with a blend of ingredients designed to help strengthen and improve the health of your hair. This includes ingredients such as folic acid, biotin, and zinc - all of which have been shown to be vital ingredients to help thicken and strengthen the hair.

Directions for Use:

Take 2 capsules a day with meals. Each bottle contains 90 capsules.

In addition to the above supplement which makes it easier to meet your daily requirements for Catalase, fortify your diet to include the following:
  • Vegetables that are rich in Catalase enzymes: carrots, potatoes, liver, wheat grass & other sprouts (especially young sprouts of dark green plants), leeks, onions, kale, red cabbage, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, turnips, brussel sprouts, spinach, brocolli, celery, red peppers, parships.
  • All fruits contain Catalase but these are richer sources: kiwi, water-melon, peaches, bananas, cherries, pineapple (more than apples and grapes). Avocados are one of the richest sources of Catalase.
  • Anti-grey vitamins:
  • B5 (pantothenic acid, prevents premature greying - carrot juice),
  • B6 (produce melanin, pigment in hair - egg yolks, organ meats, dark leafy vegetables, whole grains, brewer's yeast),
  • B12 (prevents premature grey hair - fish, meat, eggs, spirulina),
  • Biotin (prevents greying by producing keratin - grow & strengthens hair - egg yolks, brown rice, whole grains, liver, milk),
  • PABA (in leafy green vegetables for darker hair)
  • Minerals required to produce Catalase: manganese, selenium, zinc, copper
  • Note that Catalase is destroyed by high temperatures, processing and long storage.
  • Dr. Oz and Michael F. Roizen, M.D, authors of "YOU: Staying Young," suggest the ideal amount of vitamins to take daily and say, "Take half in the morning and half at night to keep a constant vitamin level in your blood all day."

How to Look Younger Naturally

How to Look Younger Naturally - Four Critical Tips

To Stall Premature Aging Without Drastic Measures

The Four Key Areas To Tackle To Look Younger:

Man has long since given up on ever finding the fountain of youth. But that doesn't mean he has desisted looking for ways to stay young. If not through modern cosmetic means then by radical surgical means.

The beauty industry has capitalized on this quest for ages and research, technology and the information gathered through the years have only added more methods and ways to boost the anti-aging trend.

But as more new means abound so did the excesses. The results can sometimes be grossly shocking. There has never been more need than now to find out how to age naturally although each person's choice in how he or she wants to look is a highly personal matter. There are many benefits to staying and looking young by natural means.

Young does not mean looking like a teenager or a 20-year-old all your life which is where the danger of cosmetic excess arises. Looking young is largely a matter of attitude, whatever looking young means to you.  There are general ways to achieve this and below are four of the most effective ways:
  • Take Away the Unnatural Causes of Aging. Most of the factors that cause people to age faster than their actual years are unnatural and man- made. Most of these are harmful, the top culprits are cigarettes, alcohol. substance abuse and indulgent lifestyle excesses. Also stay away from the sun. Although sunlight is natural you don't have to soak it up unprotected because sunlight is harsh on your skin and will age you fast. Use a good sunscreen and a regenerative, anti-ageing, skin-care cream for added insurance.
Remember that stalling the ageing process, especially premature ageing, is strategic in maintaining your youthful looks because you cannot literally turn back the clock but you can slow it down, more than the norm so that you feel, look and are biologically younger than your real age.
  • Practice the Basics. Exercise, posture, diet and rest. There's no better way to keep and stay young than maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Exercise will keep your body strong, limber, flexible, active, quick and healthy. These benefits all contribute to making you look and feel younger. Posture too makes a great difference in your overall appearance. A hunched overbearing / posture will immediately give people a snap impression that you are older.
Diet aside from being beneficial to your health will keep you regenerated and rejuvenating your skin supple and glowing, your youthfulness coming from inside and going out. Rest and sleep are non-negotiable. "Early to bed and early to rise" was no idle advice, there is proven benefit in keeping regular and sufficient hours of sleep.
Men especially are prone to falling into a hairstyle from which they never recover. Do not try to cover the BALD part with a combover. It does NOT work and it doesn't make you look younger, least of all naturally.
In men and women hairstyle is one of the most tell-tale signs of aging. Having the same hairstyle all your life especially when it grows unbecoming for your age will age you unnaturally.
The crowning glory of youth
Consult a hairstylist and try out new hairstyles. Dont be so set on looking the same as you did 20 years ago.  You change and it's obvious, no matter how immutable your hairstyle.
Hair colour is another thing. Grey hair adds years to your looks. With hair color note that softer colors enhance mature complexions better, so be open to improvements in this area. Don't become dowdy or wear your house-clothes out in public no matter how decent!
As the years pass your body and appearance will change so prepare to adjust your concept of what your look should be. Don't be era- focussed: be you-focussed. Find out what's best for you and what works for you, that look good on you. Experiment and be open to new possibilities. Getting stuck in a time-warp is guaranteed to date you as surely as an antique displayed at a museum.
  • Have an Attitude of Gratitude. It really all boils down to a positive outlook in life. Sure you're going to have wrinkles eventually but laugh lines look much younger than frown lines. Having an attitude of gratitude causes you to appreciate all that you STILL HAVE and that will put a positive spin on everything you do and how you view life (and in turn, bestow you with a soft smile and a happy, contented heart.)
Eliminate the nasty habit of wrinkling your forehead or frowning and the best we can get out of this habit is thinking happy thoughts and getting LESS WRINKLES. Knowing how to look younger naturally and doing it not only keeps you from making a guinea pig of your own body at great expense to your pocket and at great risk to your health, it also keeps you REAL

And "Once you are real" as the Skin Horse said in the Velveteen Rabbit "you can't be ugly except to people who don't understand you." (Margery Williams)

How Many Calories a Day to Lose Weight?

Proactol blocks 27% of the fat from your food!

How Many Calories a Day to Lose Weight?

    The Bio-Mathematics of Weight Loss:

If you are an overweight or obese adult, you probably eat too much i.e. more than you actually need. As a matter of fact, your body needs a certain amount of calories to keep itself functional and active, and if you eat or drink more than that, you will likely gain weight. Likewise, if you consume fewer calories than you expend, you will lose weight.

So, the question is, what number of calories you actually need to consume daily to lose weight?

If you are one of those billions around the globe who are trying their best to get or maintain an ideal body weight and minimize extra body fat, this is the first and the most vital aspect you should consider.

    The Solution:

Your recommended per day calorie intake primarily depends on your age. If you are an adult man with average height and built, you need to take 2,500 calories per day. Similarly, if you a woman with average weight and height, you will need to take 2,000 calories daily. Do remember; however, that these calories should come from cumulative sources i.e. you should eat a healthy, balanced diet consisting of foods from all major groups e.g. proteins, carbohydrates, fats, nutrients and minerals.

If you are eager to lose weight, a good rule of thumb is that a caloric deficit of 3,500 calories leads to a weight loss of approximately one pound. Therefore, you could begin by taking five hundred less calories day, providing you are taking a healthy, well-balanced diet and performing your physical activity / exercises regularly. Simply stating, to get rid of one pound per week, you need to reduce your calories by 500 per day. There are two simple ways of doing this; eat / drink 250 lesser calories daily and burn additional 250 calories by performing physical exercise (e.g. walking or jogging for 2 to 3 miles daily).

Another way to cut back on calories is to watch your portion sizes. Go for relatively smaller, leaner, pieces of meats, perhaps. Eat as much vegetables as possible as they are low in calories but contain higher quantities of vitamins and nutrients) and avoid deep fried food (cheese burgers, fried chicken, French fries etc.). Doing these easy things will have a dynamic impact on your weight.

It’s important to remember that you don't have to starve yourself to lower your calorie consumption. As mentioned above, just take smaller portions of the foods you currently enjoy. If you need to burn those extra calories, again, you do not necessarily need to run miles a day or join a fitness club. Just remember to use the stairs, or park your car further away from your workplace when going to work.

Last but not least, re calories -
    • knowing how to find them,
    • how to count them and
    • how to cut them down
are key to losing weight on your own. By doing simple mathematics and implementing your diet and exercise plan accordingly, you can successfully lose your weight and maintain it for the long term.

Struggle No More! Get Some Help to Keep Going:

Often though, food habits die hard and your cravings for junk food (which often contain addictive additives and 'enhancers') can be very strong and can pose a real threat to your resolve to lose weight. Many good intentions and diet plans have been derailed because of the need for superhuman willpower to abstain when it would have been better to cave in occasionally to your taste buds' yearnings!

This is where Proactol, a Fat Inhibitor comes in very handy because it will block up to nearly 30 % of THE FAT FROM YOUR FOOD, thereby allowing you to indulge occasionally in your favourite food and/or other high-fat food without sabotaging your weight loss program. (Note: the keyword here is 'occasionally' because nothing will help if you are constantly overeating excessively.)

What is Hoodia? A Natural Appetite Suppressant

So What Is Hoodia? Natural African Appetite Suppressant

http://naturalhealth2you.blogspot.co.nz/2013/11/what-is-hoodia-natural-appetite.htmlThe Kalahari Desert in southern Africa is a harsh environment that is home to the Bushmen people. It is always a struggle to stay alive in conditions of temperature extremes (blistering hot by day, freezing at night), scant water, and scarcity of game that are found in this challenging region. Hunger is often a common condition with these people, but they discovered a way to suppress the pangs when on a hunting expedition, and this was to chew on the pulp from the stems of the Hoodia plant.

    Why consider Non-Peroxide teeth whitening?

The Benefits of Non-Peroxide Teeth Whitening

    http://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=288578&s=205

There are many things you can do to look after your teeth. Regular brushing and flossing can keep them healthy and allow you to enjoy foods that need chewing as well as cold drinks and ice cream or hot drinks.

But while oral health is important sometimes you may need a bit more to keep your teeth looking good such as making it look whiter. Why? The practice of drinking coffee and/or wine that is now part of socialising plus other factors can actually discolour your teeth faster than if you never ingested these foods.

And a whiter smile has (in many mindsets) been associated with better health although this is not necessarily true. This is why you may want to consider Non-Peroxide teeth whitening kits for cosmetic reasons (especially if you are in the public eye or wish to look good and 'healthier' in photo-shoots).
